Darius McClelland
Darius is a seasoned real estate professional whose work spans every side of the market — buying, selling, investing, and lending. With a career built on results, he has emerged as a trusted voice for clients navigating homeownership and for investors looking to put their capital into real estate.
As a licensed real estate agent, Darius has guided countless buyers and sellers through the process of one of the largest transactions of their lives. His deep market knowledge allows him to identify properties with exceptional upside that others overlook.
As a private money lender and fund operator, Darius has personally funded more than 25 properties. His investors don't have to chase deals, manage contractors, or worry about market timing, because he handles every part of the process for them.

Andrew Chiu
Andrew is an entrepreneur and investor with experience spanning multiple decades across real estate, infrastructure, energy, and financial services sectors. He serves as Co-Manager of the Turn Two Fund.
His experience includes identifying investment opportunities, evaluating transaction structures, and working with partners across multiple jurisdictions in connection with real asset and infrastructure-related projects. Over his career he has founded and participated in various ventures in real estate, energy, and financial services, with involvement in asset repositioning, infrastructure development, and financial services platforms operating in the U.S. and internationally — including counterparties across North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems.
